No, that's a definite "maybe".  Some drives do this from time to time.
It's also possible that it's the disk controller.  It's not a good
sign, but many drives continue for years with just a sporadic
interrupt timeout.  If you get a lot of them, though, you're in
trouble (you'll notice things hanging waiting for the transfers to
complete).
