The drivers supported by ALTQ is listed in the above web page.
(A tool to use ATM hardware shapers comes with the ALTQ package but it
isn't logically part of ALTQ.)

There are several ways to prioritize certain types of traffic using ALTQ.
Take a look at CBQ or HFSC for that purpose.
