I've updated the port locally to include a fix for a directory update race and am attaching the the changes I made. There are two ports updated: net/syncthing and net/syncthing-cli. The syncthing-cli update includes some minor bug fixes, but it uses shared source with the net/syncthing port and should be updated as well.
