Wow! 45 minutes ago I asked about my attempt at ip aliasing causing the sendmail daemon to hang. I just received this from Dan Busarow, dan@dpcsys.com >This is probably a DNS problem of sorts. In /etc/host.conf chage the >order to hosts,bind and then make sure you have entries for both NICs >in /etc/hosts He was 100% correct.
