Which resolves to:

127.0.0.1

which is rerouted internally by the system.  Such a name is perfectly
normal and is in fact recommended by most DNS books.  If you want
'localhost' to be an alias to it edit /etc/hosts as appropriate.

> So any call to localhost fails as it goes to ISP's machine.
