[-- Attachment #1 --] I am wondering if FreeBSD on a pentium class 200MHZ machine with 64M can handle the duties of processing about 1000 registrations during a 3 hour period/ per night coming through the internet. I am planning to use http based solutions excuting either CGI or preferably java servlets. To access a db system. I am not sure what that will be. Will my bottleneck be FreeBSD or the internet connection or both? Or none.
