 Dear Sir/Madam, (Sorry to be so formal but I don't know 
                 your name !!).
    but where can I get hold of the BSD documentation
 under ftp ??
 Also, in the installation can the MS-DOS installation 
 be done from say the D drive instead of the C drive ?
