I just installed 2.2.2 and I can't seem to get my SMC8216T
configured correctly.

I have the board set to:
IRQ - 10
RAM - cc000
I/O base - 0x300

The kernel config file line looks like:
device ed0 at isa? port 0x300 net irq 10 iomem 0xcc000 vector edintr

I get the following error on booting up:
ed0: failed to clear shared memory at cc000 - check configuration
ed0 not found at 0x300

I have disabled all video BIOS and video BIOS shadow in the CMOS/BIOS.

motherboard is ASUS VX97 with AMD 75.

This board worked great in 2.1.5.
