In sendmail.cN you put the list of users that you don't want sendmail to
send to the Cyrus deliver program.

Do you currently use the Cyrus POP3 server?  If you do, then you will need
to set up the non-Cyrus POP3 server and the Mail Clients to use an alternate
port.
