Don't know much about AGP

FreeBSD CAN run most Linux programs using the linux emulator. I can even run
the Linux Quakeworld client under X on my FreeBSD 2.2.2 system. There seems
to be little speed penalty too. Since most non-commercial Linux programs
come with source code, you don't even need to emulate, you can just
recompile. In general, any unix app supplied as source code should be able
to compile and run on ANY unix OS, commercial or non-commercial.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately for us :) ), Linux will not run FreeBSD
binaries, however hard you try.
