Chromium 24 is using shared memory.
It would be very helpful if you set / unset
kern.ipc.shm_allow_removed, change your shared memory limits and see
if issue persists.

kern.ipc.shmall=32768
kern.ipc.shmmni=1024
kern.ipc.shmseg=1024

Can you please also provide your system version and arch?
