/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config shouldn't be in mtree for 4-stable since Jun 16 2005 
and imake-4 doesn't depend on anything on 4-stable. Also buildscript does 
appear to check i port installs files before install phase so something is 
wrong if this file is present before imake gets there.
