It shouldn't cause any problem.  One of the features of Vinum is that it
can correct partial failures on the fly.  This will take the good plex
and copy it to the bad plex to get both plexes synchronized.

That being said, make sure you have a good backup before proceeding.
I've never had problems, but it never hurts to be safe.
