Were these patches ever incorporated into the core? I attempted this with 9.2 from source and got the same starting error as this thread. I see that all PR's are still open: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=kern/164206 (for some reason marked "non-critical") http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=kern/164208 http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=bin/164209 http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=bin/164210 are still open and listed as critical.
