I honestly haven't tried, because of how difficult it was just to get
the server working, and more importantly, because it seems to depend
on the Linux /dev/fb device.  

If there's a FreeBSD equivalent of this device (raw VESA access to the
graphics card) that the driver might reasonably support, and someone's
willing do do a little handholding, I'm willing to try.
