This port was marked "Does not build" i gave it a shot with the intention to fix 
it and it built/installed just fine, packages work correct too, not sure why 
this was marked broken, perhaps it was a system-specific problem?  The only 
dependances are gm4, latex, and texi2html, the versions i have are:

teTeX-1.0.7_1
m4-1.4_1
texi2html-1.64
