If the ports' maintainers consensus is that _WITH_CPU_SET_T is useless I am
more than happy to get rid of this kludge.  Apparently adding sched_XXX
functions cannot be done without some additional patching for ports, because
we cannot be fully compatible with glibc.  This was not obvious before the
functionality was added, I use tcmalloc as some porting example there (and
the goal is really D32360 membarrier(2) and D32505 rseq(2)).

So whatever the decision is about _WITH_CPU_SET_T, I will do it.
