According to pkg_version, I already have the most uptodate version of libpng:

	root@rhadamanth setantae# pkg_version |grep png
	png                                 =
	root@rhadamanth setantae# pkg_info |grep png
	png-1.2.0           Library for manipulating PNG images
	root@rhadamanth setantae# 

cvsup'ing doesn't yield anything newer.
