Greetings,
I am running FreeBSD 4.7-stable. I am
trying to make new boot floppies so I
can install Freebsd on another machine.
When I try to:
dd if=./kern.flp of=/dev/fd0

I get a "Device not configured" Error.
A good, new floppy is in the drive. I have
tried several new floppies. Same result.

Checked dmesg and the floppy controller
is recognized, etc.

what am I not doing right ?

thanks,
-Darryl
