I've been using this driver for five years without hal and related 
stuff, please don't tell me we need to install this and all depends to 
use it.

Users that does not want to install hal and all of these dependencies 
can use this option to disable the installation of these ports and we 
can use this driver without any problem.

The x11-servers/xorg-server already has an option to control and install 
hal and all depends, now using the synaptics driver and this option has 
no effect, that's just stupid.
