Dear FreeBSD,

I've installed FreeBSD and th XWindows system but I can seem to get my modem to be recognised.

From the configuration I've managed to get it to read the cis data from the card and it appears to return it correctly howver if I run pccardd or pccardc then it returns the message - Fatal Error NO PC-CARD Slots, obviously a blatant lie!! However I'm stuck......

I also get the message that /dev/card0 is not configured and I guess this is one of the reasons that I'm not getting anywhere.

I would like to know:

A: how do I configure /dev/card0, which file is it or whatever.
B: If you need the output of some commands or results of logs etc please let me know and I shall send them ASAP.

Thanks,

Mik Thwaite
