Hi, Terry.

Do we talk about the same version of FreeBSD? I mean FreeBSD 2.1.0
and as far as I see it has not any ext2fs drivers.

If there is such driver for FreeBSD, might be I could patch my kernel?
If you know where to get a patch, please point me.
