On a 4.0 system with account off, using OpenSSH I get the following several times/day: <date/time> host .co: unable to resolve symbol: pam_sm_acct_mgmt <date/time> host ys.: unable to resolve symbol: pam_sm_acct_mgmt The line: xdm account sufficient pam_ssh.so in /etc/pam.conf seems to be the cause. Questions: 1) is this a benign error? 2) what puts this line into /etc/pam.conf The underlying reason for looking into this is X (or xdm) locking up on occasion. _____ Douglas Denault doug@safeport.com Voice: 301-469-8766 Fax: 301-469-0601 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
