I suggest that you search the "multimedia" list archive for quickcam
(and you'll probably get far more than you want), where I am certain
there have been postings on archive sites for quickcam software.
Amancio Hasty has a lot of mm-net stuff at rah.star-gate.com for
FreeBSD.  I think the vic package is what you want.
