The issue, as Jan pointed out in another thread, is that ucpp isn't compatible with gnu cpp either. It causes other issues, the only difference is that it passes the configure script test. In my opinion, the solution to this problem is to fix the (X11) ports that abuse cpp, and deprecate imake. Also, don't cross post ports issues to current@ Regards! -- Niclas
