It's worth noting that it has a very weird one-off VLSI integrated controller that i have never seen anywhere else. it's a marvel of integration, but i think it bankrupted VLSI :-(. It's vintage 1997, but ultra compact, it was crazy expensive when they first came out, but i bought mine on EBay for 200 bux. It happily boots 4.X. I am ssh'd into it from my destop machine whilst i fill ou this pr.
