I have done all the configuration and I am able to print, but the printouts have a stair-case effect. I know the solution is to have a filter that sends a printer specific escape sequence to treat LF as CR+LF (as per the handbook). I want to know the exact escape sequence for the Canon printer. I have sent mails to customer support in Canon and from their document I didn;t see anything specific for this CR+LF problem. Has anyone else faced this problem with a Canon Bubble Jet printer? If so, can you give me the escape codes to avoid the problem? -- Regards, Mahesh -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-+-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Mahesh Bhaskarpandit, | Phone: (W) 408-944-3521 Digital Microwave Corporation, | Fax: 170,Rose Orchard Way, | E-mail: Mahesh_Bhaskarpandit@dmcwave.com San Jose, CA 95134 | maheshb30@hotmail.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-+-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
