March Madness!

(1) NLP/Machine-Learning Data Scientist (Hercules,CA):

My client has remained at the center of scientific discovery for more than =
50 years, manufacturing and distributing a broad range of products for the =
life science research and clinical diagnostic markets. The Company is renow=
ned worldwide among hospitals, universities, major research institutions, a=
s well as biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies for its commitment to =
quality and customer service. Founded in 1952, they are headquartered in He=
rcules, California, and serve more than 85,000 research and industry custom=
ers worldwide through its global network of operations.

My exciting Biotech Client is seeking a Natural Language Processing (NPL)/M=
achine Learning (ML) scientist to lead an elite data science team responsib=

=C2=B7 identify opportunities to blend article, technology, product metrics=
with internal and external data assets
=C2=B7 provision interactive text analytics visualizations
=C2=B7 build analytics prototypes and demos for end users
=C2=B7 provide thought leadership, provide strategic road map for text mini=
ng of scientific literature and how the literature fits into our intelligen=
ce landscape, supports new product development, business development, compl=
ements existing instrument software and potentially directly faces external=
 customers
=C2=B7 building date pipelines for processing natural language text at scale
=C2=B7 developing front-end tools and interfaces (e.g. notification and ale=
rt systems, dashboard reports) for internal clients to view and interact wi=
th processed data
=C2=B7 stay up to speed on state of the art methods for efficient text proc=
essing

What you need for this role:

=C2=B7 MS or PhD in Computer Science, math, statistics or related field
=C2=B7 10+ years text mining and machine learning
=C2=B7 prior experience managing and coaching deeply technical staff in an =
Agile environment
=C2=B7 prior experience with Search, machine learning and other text mining=

ue stream that has grown by 20% per year.

They gather the smartest people to tackle industrial automation problems, a=
nd are looking for talented engineers to work on motion-planning, object re=
cognition and pose estimation for robotic manipulation, in many challenging=
scenarios such as random bin-picking and box-picking. They work in a fast =
paced, Agile environment, where they constantly collaborate, peer review id=
eas, and test proposed solutions. They encourage continuous brainstorming a=
nd learning within the team.

Relocation assistance and competitive salaries will be provided.
