Good afternoon,

I'm glad to see 4.4RC4 making it out the door today. I just found out that 
the market is focusing on Intel's IA64 ((4-16)-way nodes) than the
Athlon processer. Kinda nice which is also good if you have an efficient and 
accurate mathlib.

Hmmm, FreeBSD was headed in this direction (Projects) and it seems like a 
good place to be in 2001. The operating system that can handle 64GB RAM, 
8-16 IA64 processors, and Ultra160/320 in one box might get that winning 
ticket.
