Does this mean, for example, ppp connection ?
I prefer to update the sources by downloading new one,
 because I can get sources in any freebsd ftp site with other machines,
 and I am not so familier with ppp that it will take long hour for setup.

Yes! If you can point me out which source is mandatory for this kernel
building, I can update my sources.
