IPA should be built from its port, there shouldn't be any binary packages for it, because it should be built uniquely for each site: > grep NO_PACKAGE /usr/ports/sysutils/ipa/Makefile NO_PACKAGE= "Needs to be built uniquely for each site" There wasn't NO_PACKAGE variable from the beginning of IPA port, but it was added some time ago. Probably a link you get is formed by a script which doesn't check NO_PACKAGE variable, it should be checked by the maintainer of that web-script. Thanks for your information. ----- Original Message ----- From: Annihilator <annihilator.c@usa.net> Newsgroups: lucky.freebsd.ports Sent: Wednesday, June 20, 2001 2:31 AM Subject: FreeBSD Port: ipa-1.1.1 > I'm not sure if you're the right person to be informed of this, but > anyway, this link is broken (there's no such file on any of the mirror > servers). > > ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-4.3-release/All/ip > a-1.1.1.tgz > > Link used from this query result page: > > http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?query=ipa&stype=all&release=4.3-REL > EASE%2Fi386 > > Annihilator > > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
