I think if we do this, a simple README (with roughly the same text as above) in the texts/ directory would do the trick. I deleted 13 files and four directories, but we could accomplish most of the above with one file. (Note that there is not a one-to-one correspondence between the *.TXT files and the SGML files in RELNOTESng due to some content reorganization.) > This will help to keep the volume of "where are the relnotes" > questions down.
