The ports tree is now frozen in preparation for 5.3-RELEASE.  This
freeze is schedule to last for two weeks.  All commits must be approved
by portmgr.  Only build fixes, security fixes, and critical bug fixes
will be considered.  There is no such thing as a timeout from portmgr.=20
If you do not get a response, your commit is not approved.
