For this task, is it better to use the C99 restrict keyword itself, or use the __restrict
macro defined in <sys/cdefs.h>?

statvfs() uses __restrict in the header file, but documents "restrict" in the man page.

pselect() uses __restrict in the header file, but doesn't document "restrict" or "__restrict" in the man page.
