hi my windows 95 side says this is my modem information

Setting_based on Basic configuration 0
Heres my question
1)how do i change sio2 appropriately to accomadate
where my modem is set .
2) please step by step Instructions "I need that"
3) Im running FREEBSD 2.2.7
