No system on the internet (i.e. one which accepts packets from the
internet) is absolutely safe, it's all a matter of how difficult it is for
your attacker to gain access, and making it hard enough that it's not
worth the effort given the expected rewards. Hell, even SSH has had buffer
overflows..
