I came across this by accident. linux.sybase.com/ase Why doesn't the hand book reflect this instead of focussing on an old version of Oracle that was developed for Linux? Does any one plan to write a HOW-TO to install oracle 8.1.7 (which was the last 8i) on FreeBSD? There exists a page on the internet in Russian, but so far no one has translated it. (No I don't know russian). Thanks... ________________________________________________________________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends? Get the FREE Yahoo!
