This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0001_01BE8E77.01E52740 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit I am a newbie learning to get to grips with FreeBSD and I have dropped myself in it! I have not set the path to my shell correctly for the root (using vipw) and cannot now get in. I think I need to get in as a single user and run vipw again, but I am using version 3.1 and I don't get a boot: prompt to type -s at! Is there a different method of getting in in single user mode in version 3.x?
