FreeBSD has not gone through the TOG hoops necessary to legally brand
itself as Unix.  Even in heritage terms, by the terms of the AT&T vs
UC lawsuit, Lite-2 (and hence FreeBSD) contains no AT&T code and is
therefore not Unix.
