1) yes
2) mod_perl compiles and installs fine, but Apache doesnt start because
mod_perl segfaults.

Your message demands answers to two questons. ;-)

1) Did you rebuild mod_perl after the upgrade?

2) What are the symptoms that define "doesn't work"?
