I disagree with this solution. It is functionality reducing and space
waste without any good reasons.
Old stuff is really needed to port many programs
and it _not_ will change, you can't change whole world.
In other case I forced to write ftime() function f.e. again and
againg for each port. I think it is more sense to move this function
to libcompat and don't write it each time. You can't rule whole world
and depricate something living in it. I strongly reccomend to back
out this change.
