There's a section in the handbook on how to install them if they're not installed already: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/updating-upgrading.html You want to use cvsup/csup(1) The problem suggests that your world and kernel might not be in sync and a rebuild might be in order.
