Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I know that in doc/ we try to
avoid contractions as a general rule.  IOW, we would use "we will"
instead of "we'll".  This makes it easier on translators as well as
keeping the actual text just a tad bit clearer for readers who may not
be 100% fluent in English.  I'm not sure if this rule applies to www/
or not, but since we want our pages to be as easy to read as possible,
one would think that that rule applies here as well.
