Author: bapt Date: Fri Jan 3 00:02:08 2014 New Revision: 338507 URL: http://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/ports/338507 Log: Allow to follow 302 redirection when fetching from http. The main reason for it to not be allowed was to avoid infinite redirection loop it appears that fetch(1) anyway limit the number of redirections to 5 on 8.3 and 9.1 20 on 9.2 and 10+ meaning we have no good reasons anymore to continue forbidding following redirections. Thanks to Michael Gmelin for having investigation Reported by: many Modified: head/Mk/bsd.port.mk Modified: head/Mk/bsd.port.mk ============================================================================== --- head/Mk/bsd.port.mk Thu Jan 2 22:41:18 2014 (r338506) +++ head/Mk/bsd.port.mk Fri Jan 3 00:02:08 2014 (r338507) @@ -795,7 +795,7 @@ FreeBSD_MAINTAINER= portmgr@FreeBSD.org # FETCH_BINARY - Path to ftp/http fetch command if not in $PATH. # Default: "/usr/bin/fetch" # FETCH_ARGS - Arguments to ftp/http fetch command. -# Default: "-AFpr" +# Default: "-Fpr" # FETCH_CMD - ftp/http fetch command. # Default: ${FETCH_BINARY} ${FETCH_ARGS} # FETCH_BEFORE_ARGS @@ -2159,7 +2159,7 @@ PTHREAD_LIBS?= -pthread FETCH_ENV?= SSL_NO_VERIFY_PEER=1 SSL_NO_VERIFY_HOSTNAME=1 FETCH_BINARY?= /usr/bin/fetch -FETCH_ARGS?= -AFpr +FETCH_ARGS?= -Fpr FETCH_REGET?= 1 .if !defined(DISABLE_SIZE) FETCH_BEFORE_ARGS+= $${CKSIZE:+-S $$CKSIZE}
