For my current backend, I only do manual db backups (I've been lucky so far). But when MythTV 0.22 comes to FreeBSd, I wil try to build / set up a better backend. MythTV have "official" backup and restore scripts[1], I haven't (yet) tried those. I see that there is mysqlbackup[2] in ports, but perhaps there is other solutions too? What are people using?
