There's /usr/ports/www/udmsearch which is now known as
mnoGoSearch <http://www.mnogosearch.org/>

I would recommend that you read the installation instructions:

..and download/install the latest version:

http://www.mnogosearch.org/Download/mnogosearch-3.1.19.tar.gz

I've installed it on our intranet at work and it was fairly simple to configure
