Oh, and note that the first line "#!" is nonsense. Use "#!/bin/sh".
Can probably be omitted.

And you could try this:

exec ck-launch-session dbus-launch --exit-with-session startxfce4

This looks familiar to me. I prefer something simpler though. :-)
