OK, so this (0x00eb1091) is the "good" half of your graphics card.
Apparently, this is an Intergraph card (0x1091), device 0x00eb.
However, XFree86 apparently doesn't know diddly-squat about it (at
least from a grep for 0x1091).  Its TGA driver is looking for a DEC
chip, not an intergraph one.

So, it looks like this card will be a waste of time for you.
Try your old S3 based card..
