I've tried to use the GENERIC kernel, but the problem continue. I've the same problem with two more server, using another Array adapter controller (from Compaq). I had a directory with around 14K accounts and many sub-directorys. When I made rm -rf , the system crash again. I don't know what I need to do to fix that.
