Two twin system: FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE #12: Sat Jul 5 11:31:36 CEST 2003

In one there is :
apache+mod_ssl-1.3.28+2.8.15_1 The Apache 1.3 webserver with SSL/TLS functionality

Neomail 1.14 and openwebmail 2.10 (both made in perl) generate wrong path in
the form and so stop working:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cgi-bin/%2Fcgi-bin%2Fneomail.pl
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cgi-bin/openwebmail/%2Fcgi-bin%2Fopenwebmail%2Fopenwebmail.pl

on the other box:
apache+mod_ssl-1.3.27+2.8.14 The Apache 1.3 webserver with SSL/TLS functionality
The generated paths are right (without the %2F and with the / instead).
(this message was sent by openwebmail 2.10 :-)

Any idea please ?
